Baptize California is a statewide movement of water baptisms on Pentecost Sunday, 2024. It unites local churches under a part of theology we can all agree on, which is the public profession of faith through water baptism. Off of the tail end of “Baptize SoCal” from 2023, Baptize California is bound to be an event for the ages.

Join Robyne’s Nest at their Youth Wellness Fair for food, games, and fun at this hands-on, interactive event to show youth how to manage their wellness through fun activities. This is a FREE event geared towards ages 10-21 and is focused on the 4 pillars of wellness: exercise, mental health, nutrition & sleep. *Food will be available for purchase* 

Join us for a relaxing afternoon in a beautiful outdoor garden setting enjoying “High Tea” as you hear about how God is moving at Long Beach Rescue Mission! Come and enjoy a time of fellowship, delicious lunch, a great program and fun entertainment.

This fundraising event is in support of our new 60-bed shelter expansion for women and children that will break ground later this year. Each day, we turn women and families away due to lack of space. Join us and learn how you can be part of this life-changing work.

Join Hoving Home for an evening of fellowship and delicious BBQ as we celebrate what God is doing as we kick off the upcoming summer season. This is a family-friendly outdoor event that promises to be a memorable experience. There will be a special performance by artist Jason Gray! As always, our talented Ladies Choir will perform and testify of God’s mercy and goodness. There will be many exciting prizes and gift baskets to bid on for the silent auction! Come to the Garden Grove Strawberry Festival on Memorial Day weekend. They’ll have lots of fun games and great food along with exciting carnival rides for the whole family. On the Friday of the Festival at 6pm they’ll be serving free strawberry shortcake! On the Saturday of the festival at 10am you can see celebrities, marching bands and more in one of the best parades in Orange County. Contests are held each day of the festival at the amphitheater, and they’ll have live music each day at the showmobile. Admission to the Strawberry Festival is free!

The Strawberry Stomp 5K provides individuals and families the unique opportunity to run or walk the Strawberry Festival Parade route, preceding the parade. Participants receive a custom race t-shirt and a tote bag while supplies last. This is a USA Track & Field-certified course with chip-timed bibs. All race proceeds benefit the Sister City Association of Garden Grove, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to furthering the knowledge and understanding between Garden Grove and its sister city in Korea, while providing Garden Grove students the unique opportunity to travel abroad.

The 40th Annual Tustin Street Fair and Chili Cook-Off will be held on Sunday, June 2^nd . This annual celebration takes place in the streets of Old Town Tustin and holds the honor of being the largest one-day chili cook-off in the country. The event comes alive with a variety of exhibitors featuring crafters, community organizations, food and chili booths. Live music and contests are featured on event stages and there is a Kids Fun Zone with games, bounce houses, and entertainment!
